Blackford County Schools is proud of our community and the families who live here. We live and work in a rural farming community that values hard work and integrity. We also value an excellent education and intensively focus on academics in all of our four schools.

The vision of BCS is to become the preeminent school system in the state by empowering students to take ownership of their limitless potential through rigorous innovative programs and experiences. Quality instruction and collaboration among teachers, students, and parents assures that students will possess the essential skills to engage their futures.
