CLUED IN MURDER MYSTERY SCAVENGER HUNT AT THE PUBLIC LIBRARY
WHO? Grades 4-8
WHEN? Wednesday, March 27 from 4 – 5:15.
WHAT? Join us for Clued In, a murder mystery game where first you search, and then you solve! We will play the first game for a prize, then play a second just for fun if we have time. Everyone will receive a treat bag.

If a same day transportation change is necessary, changes must be made before 12:00 p.m. to allow transportation staff time to adjust scheduling. We must receive written or verbal notification from a parent for any transportation change. We will not accept verbal approval, text messages or phone calls from the student. Written notifications need to be turned in to the students' school. Students with a transportation change will not be allowed on the bus without a transportation change slip from their school.

More scenes from the BIS 3rd grade Taste of Thailand Day. Students learned about the country and its culture with lessons from Pradit and Mark Dawson. Students had the opportunity to sample some Thai food that Mrs. Dawson had prepared for the students. What a fun day of learning!

National School Breakfast week will be March 4th . Students can dress up and wear flip flops, tropical shirts and sunglasses to kick off the week.

It was a busy start to professional development at the BIS today. Mr. Chris Painter taught staff how to use some new online tools in their classrooms.
Mrs. Kylee Redford conducted a workshop on the teacher effectiveness rubric. The teachers discussed how to improve instruction in the classroom to help support student learning and outcomes.
