Today was the first day back for most BCS staff. To welcome them, a Back to School Breakfast was held in the BJSHS cafeteria. During the event, staff heard from Superintendent Chad Yencer, Assistant Superintendent Dave Parker, and Todd Hill, East Central Indiana School Trust president. Mr. Yencer thanked custodians and maintenance staff for all their hard work over the summer. Principals welcomed the new staff members in their buildings. What a great start to the day! In-Person Registration is underway at BJSHS today until 7 p.m. tonight. This is a great opportunity to get your students registered for the first day of school on August 3. BJSHS Open House is Monday, August 1st from 5-6pm. All students are encouraged to come in to meet their teachers, find their lockers, locate classrooms, purchase gym uniforms etc. Please enter through the Sutton Center entrance, door 17. We hope to see you Monday night!

BJSHS parent drop off/pick up is the same as last year (enter/exit via the access road, students enter door 17) Due to construction…Student drivers will park in the north lot. They will enter the lot from the north drive from St Rd 3. They will enter school via door 2.

*Updated As you can imagine, there is plenty happening in each of our schools as we prepare for Aug. 3. We understand parents are eager to know what teacher their students will have, but honestly, we're trying to get everyone registered first! 🙂 We appreciate your patience as online registrations continue to be processed.
